Vice President
Shelly was born and raised in Mt. Ayr, Iowa. After graduating high school, her family moved to Wyoming, where she met and married Jim. While raising their two children, she also billed insurance claims for hospitals until they purchased RMI, for whom she is currently Chief Financial Officer. Her hobbies are spending time with God, family and friends, and she loves all outdoors activities. She is also active at Highland Park Community Church, where she loves to sing and volunteer for Worship Arts Music Ministry.
